Graduated in Law from University of Salamanca (1999 - 2004), Eva furthered her legal knowledge at Catholic University of Leuven (K.U. Leuven - Belgium). She continued her post-graduate studies in Madrid, combining them with internships in law firms. Finally, Eva obtained, with the highest grade, the Master's Degree in Criminal Law from the European Institute of Legal Practice Schola Iuris (October 2004 - June 2005). In September 2005 she joined the legal team of BUFETE TRALLERO.
Eva has actively been involved in important criminal proceedings, in all their phases, defending the positions of both the victim and the accused. Eva has a solid experience in white-collar crimes, especially in cases involving crimes against the Public Administration, labor and traffic negligence, as well as the protection of attacks against honor and privacy of individuals. She also has extensive experience before the Constitutional Court and in the negotiation of out-of-court settlements.
During these years she has carried out a continuous training. Eva holds several diplomas of specialized courses, both in criminal law and in other complementary subjects, such as the Civil Procedural Law course, given by Centro de Estudios Financieros.
Always up to date with legal and legislative news, Eva has participated in many seminars and conferences. She has also published several articles, many of which can be consulted on this website.
